The cushion cover has a practical envelope closure at the back, making it easy to insert and remove the inner cushion. For cleaning, we recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water. Please note that bleaching and drying in the sun should be avoided to preserve the quality and color of the cushion cover.

Material: cotton
For our products, we use cotton from local farmers on Java. The cotton fields are naturally fertilized and the cotton bolls are hand-picked. The cotton is then separated from the capsule in a ginning machine. The obtained cotton is pressed into bales, combed, and hand-spun into yarn. After the yarn is spun this way, it is hand-processed by artisans on traditional wooden looms. Cotton is characterized by its absorbency and skin-friendliness. Our cotton is not chemically treated and is therefore not suitable for tumble drying. The products should be ironed at low temperatures.

This cushion cover is handmade in Java, Indonesia.
In selecting our local producers, we value fair wages and good working conditions. In the factories where we purchase our goods, we only work with adult and experienced artisans. No harmful chemicals are used in the production process. Because all work steps are carried out by hand, the production process generates hardly any greenhouse gas emissions. We ensure all this through regular on-site visits and permanent personal contact with the companies.
